Description: Layers of sponge cake are soaked in an Irish Whiskey Syrup. Sandwiched between the layers is a Chocolate-Whiskey-Bailey's Mousse and a mocha custard. The cake is then finished with chocolate coated espresso beans and chocolate curls filled with a Bailey's mousse.
