The park created in his honor is an interesting combination of art, architecture, and mathematics all rolled into one. Although the structure is undeniably beautiful to look at, the play space was actually inspired by the Fibonacci Sequence. This is, in the simplest form, a series of numbers. The colors used are also meant to represent various aspects of nature. Another mathematical inspiration is present in the form of the Golden Ratio, in its geometric representation.
