After moving to San Francisco she worked briefly as a runway model for department stores including Macys and the Emporium. She has waited tables, managed a restaurant, worked in construction, the financial services industry and currently works as a web designer in West Hollywood.
Personal Background
Miss Dixon is of Swedish, Jewish, Comanche, and English descent, 100% mud people and proud of it. Her Comanche great-grandmother was imprisoned in 1874 at the Castillo de Sant Angelo in Florida for depredations at the Red River.
Miss Dixon was born on the Palouse in Northern Idaho and raised in suburban Boise. She attended church camp at the tender age of 11 where she was bullied into accepting Christ as her savior. It seems her love of God did not obviate the need for being threatened with hellfire. At 13 she joined Shiloh, the local Jesus people, and stayed with them until beginning University at age 17. Though everyone around her spoke in tongues she never received the gift. "I learned to read and write it but I could never speak a word of it," she later wrote.
At the age of 21 she escaped to San Francisco. Several years later her only sister was murdered with a handgun. After this event she traveled to Europe for several months, visiting relatives and friends. Though the event left her shaken she is resolutely opposed to the death penalty and to a lesser degree, gun control.
Miss Dixon lives in Hollywood with her partner and a small menagerie. She remains barren.
