Since 1955, Disneyland theme parks have happily provided people of all ages with a source of joy. Fans go to the various parks across the world to see some of their favorite characters, eat exclusive food, and ride the attractions! As time passes, Disney continues to expand and build new experiences for folks to enjoy. Since they don’t have unlimited space, though, they have to make tough decisions figuring out which ones to also shut down. We’re sure some fan-favorites aren’t around anymore, so here’s a list of closed Disney attractions across all of their parks that might jog some nostalgia.
California Adventure’s Twilight Zone Tower Of Terror
One of the most recent closures is the Tower of Terror, which Disney decided to replace with Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout. It was more than likely a tough decision to make since this was a ride many adored.
The original allure this attraction possessed helped reel in paying customers as it was one of California Adventure’s most popular rides. With Disney opting to put a lot of their eggs in Marvel’s basket, it doesn’t surprise us much this closure took place.
