Meet Elwood. He’s some kind of Chinese Crested cross. He also lost the annual World’s Ugliest Dog competition in 2006.

There can only be one winner, I guess. Only the ugliest of ugliest can take home the big bucks. Elwood’s mug is just too pretty. Or maybe it was his sparkly heart collar.
