These Dogs Are So Ugly That They’re (Almost) Cute

This is Quasi Modo. He is a 13-year-old chihuahua who won the World’s Ugliest Dog Competition in Petaluma, California.

His nails are painted blue because he needs all the help he can get. He knows he’s ugly and he’s made his peace with that.
