This dog is also named Quasi Modo. That’s a popular name for ugly dogs, apparently. He has Short Spine Syndrome, which is a genetic disorder that causes a dog’s spine to literally be too short for its body.

Dogs with this disorder live full long lives and can run around with the best of them.
