If Snoop Dogg were an actual dog, this would be him. This is Rascal. He’s a Chinese Crested Dog. He competed in the World’s Ugliest Dog Competition, but he lost first prize to Quasi Modo.

He’s ok with that, though. He’s just chillin’ out maxin’ relaxin’ all cool.
