There are things on this planet that not even scientists know how to explain yet. Some things don't add up, and it might make you think it's not of this world.
Sometimes, you might see an optical illusion that's highly convincing and that makes you think until you can't anymore. What's to follow are images of things that don't look like they're from Earth, or maybe they're just excellent optical illusions.
Floating Pup!
This dog looks like it can float because the body and legs aren't there.
Well, they disappear when it leaps in the air, so that's why it looks like that.
Monkey Needed A Selfie
Who knew that monkeys knew how to take selfies? I guess anything is possible these days, but I wasn't expecting this day to come so soon.
It looks like he hit the right angles.
Is That An Ice Tornado?
Aren't there ice storms on planets like Saturn and Neptune?
How did this ice tornado end up on Earth? Well, this is really an icicle that looks like an ice tornado because of the angle and how it lines up with the horizon.
Two-Headed Pooch!
As weird as this might look, I don't think people would mind having dogs with two heads.
That gives twice as many chances to be a good boy and fetch the ball.
Massive Birds Or What?
How are these birds so tall? Those aren't toy cars next to them, so how did this happen? Did these pigeons travel from another dimension right before someone took this picture of them?
Or is there a ledge whose edge we can't see and this is all just the work of tricky perspective?
Hallway In Germany Or Mars?
Imagine taking a walk down this hallway after having one too many drinks one night.
Would you think you're about to fall? The floor is flat here, so there's nothing to worry about.

Who else would like to know which planet this is? How is there a grass field in the sky with a dock leading off the edge?
Oh, that's just the sky's reflection in a still lake, you say? Sure.
Frost On Car Looks Like Earth From Space
If this is really frost on the hood of a car, then how do we know NASA hasn't been using this trick all along?
It looks more like Earth, but some might think it is just frost from the cold night.

Here is a dog that looks like it has the back part of his body follow him around.
How weird would it be to see a pooch move around with two halves like this?
Someone Left Their Eyes
Imagine taking off your glasses and your eyes went with them. That would be absolutely insane, but luckily, that didn't happen here.
Those things that look like eyes are just the reflection from a lamp.
Floating Lamp In The Sky?
Reflections can get tricky if you aren't aware of your surroundings.
Someone could easily think this is a light in the sky or something attached to a UFO. Hey, you never know.
Sunlight Or Leaves On Fire?
Let's start by saying someone thought this was a bat on fire. It's not that, but we'd believe it if someone told us it was some leaves on fire.
This is really only the sunlight hitting nature in the perfect way, though.
The Flying Dutchman??
Well, there it is. The modern version of the Flying Dutchman decided to roam the seas, and it looks pretty nice. How is this thing floating like this is the real question, though.
This kind of illusion is called a Fata Morgana, and even after reading the Wikipedia article about it, I still don't get it.
This Man Has Incredible Arm Strength
Wait, is he standing sideways, or is the world behind him not the right way?
This one might take you a while to figure out, but you can always choose to believe he's an alien.

Is this man inside of this woman? Stare at this for however long you want, but I still don't think you'll comprehend what is going on here.

Black Hole On The Pillow
Imagine telling your boss you showed up late to work due to a black hole in your room. Seriously, what is this thing?
It almost looks like a black cat curled into a ball, but we're pretty sure it's a black hole.
How Is This Happening?
No matter how hard you look, it's nearly impossible to find the body of this camel.
Seriously, where is the rest of this animal located, and why is it trying to sip some coffee?
Building Looks Invisible
The lighting on this one helps play a trick on everyone.
There's mirrored glass on this building, so the angle of this shot leads one to believe that this could be invisible.

Okay, either this is a joke or he really is holding a piece of glass.
Thankfully, there is a smidge of evidence along the right edge where you see a deeper line.
Puddle Looks Like An Ocean View
Someone took a photo of this puddle in Geysir National Park.
The only thing is, it looks more like a beach view from the top of a building. This is a wild puddle.
She's Now The Centaur Of Attention
Ladies and gentlemen, centaurs are now on this planet.
I never thought I'd see the day where one of these would appear, but here it is. She looks so happy to be there.
Revealing His True Self
This man claimed it was a burn that caused this tattoo to become more colorful, but I'm not buying it.
How is the ink more vivid directly under his skin?
She Doesn't Need Her Whole Body
Somehow, this cat doesn't need her whole body to function.
You can tell this feline isn't of this world by the size of its huge arm. How many one-pawed pushups can it do?!
"This Pattern Makes It Look Like The Floor Suddenly Drops Off"
Imagine walking and suddenly thinking you're about to fall. That would be a scary experience, but others around might laugh if you have a dramatic reaction.
They should consider changing this.
Godzilla Goose
This angle gives this goose a larger than life look.
From this image, some might think this was a mutated bird waiting to attack the jungles like this was Jurassic Park.
Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie?
The reflection wants you to believe that this is a giant chocolate chip cookie.
I wouldn't be opposed to having one that large, but that isn't the case with this one.
Is This What Paul Bunyan Smokes?
Only Paul Bunyan could smoke something this large and live to tell the tale.
If a regular human tried to puff this, they'd combust from too much smoke. Good thing is just a fallen post.
Baboon-Dog Hybrid?
How does this dog also look like a baboon? This dog's ear has a baboon living inside of it, and that's a little creepy.
If you looked at this from a distance, you might get a little scared.
The Real Giant
Finally, a real picture of a giant on Earth. I knew they weren't only in fairy tales and folklore stories!
That guy behind him must be at least 6 feet tall.

OK, so a black toilet isn't that weird, but it is weird enough that it would make you stop and do a bit of a double-take and wonder if these people are from the same planet.
