Here’s What Your Favorite Celebrities Wore To Wimbledon This Year

So, we all know that Wimbledon is supposed to be about tennis, but for us style enthusiasts, the tennis is just a backdrop to all of the wonderful Wimbledon fashion. Every year we eagerly await the classy pantsuits and trendy sunhats.

Keep reading to see how Kate Middleton decided to step out to the match. Check out Victoria Beckham’s dress choice. Tennis is nice, but we’re here for the clothes.

Emma Watson

Emma Watson, AKA Hermione Granger, AKA the most perfectly proportioned human on the planet, rocked a few neutral ensembles this year.

I wonder how many of those similar, yet slightly different hats she owns. I can’t tell if she’s holding a book or a clutch that looks like a book, but I’m going to assume it’s the latter.

Thandie Newton

Thandie Newton’s Wimbledon look is similar to the kimono she wore in the “Shogun World” episode of Westworld.

I’m loving the light flowers against the black background. As far as I’m concerned, Thandie Newton can do no wrong. This woman is fire, and so is her outfit.

Meghan Markle, Duchess Of Sussex

It looks like Meghan Markle is settling right into her new British life. She looks so at home at Wimbledon in her very classy white trousers and blue striped top.

The hat is a nice touch. She looks like she’s been doing this royal thing her whole life.

Kate Middleton, Duchess Of Cambridge

It’s almost like Kate was born to be a fashion icon. I like that she’s found a silhouette that works for her body, but she’s still experimenting with color and print.

Which Kate Middleton look do you like best? I’m partial to the yellow dress with flutter sleeves.

Michelle Dockery

You probably know Michelle Dockery as Lady Mary from Downton Abbey. She looks a lot different when she’s not all dressed up in post-Edwardian garb.

This look is super simple, but it’s also super stunning. I love how her blue sandals match the blue lines of her handbag.

Joe Alwyn

Let’s face it, menswear just isn’t as exciting as what the ladies are wearing. British actor Joe Alwyn is probably best known for being Taylor Swift’s Beau (although some people think that there may be drama afoot).

He’s looking pretty spiffy at Wimbledon. That shade of grey really brings out his eyes.

Olivia Munn

I know we can’t see much of Olivia Munn’s jeans in that photo on the left, but damn, those things make her waist look good.

The monochrome look on the right is pretty interesting, too. I like how she’s using texture to create visual interest.

Benedict Cumberbatch

Benedict has chosen to wear a light colored suit to this year’s festivities. Ben is the sort of man who knows how to pull off a hat. He wears a hat like it’s nobody’s business.

Except now it’s our business because we’re looking at it and it’s all we can think about.

Tom Hiddleston

Oh look, it’s another lanky superhero heartthrob. I wonder how Joe Alwyn feels about being in the same stadium as a guy on Taylor’s “long list of ex-lovers.”

I’m digging Tom’s longer hair, although I think I’d like it better if it were just a touch shorter. Let’s just snip those wispy bits, Loki.

Victoria Beckham

Here she is, the one lady you’ve been waiting to see, the queen of British fashion herself, Ms. Posh Spice, Mrs. Victoria Beckham.

She’s mixed her usual dark jewel tones with a few pops of brightness in this v-neck skater dress. It’s classy and fashion-forward at the same time.

Did… did nobody tell Drake that this was sort of a posh event? I mean that’s a nice hoodie, but it’s still a hoodie.

It looks like he’s cheering for a sport other than tennis because I’m pretty sure there’s no tennis team called the Owls. I’m pretty sure tennis doesn’t have teams.

Pippa Middleton

Pippa Middleton was a vision in white at this year’s Wimbledon games. Her little baby bump looks adorable in that frilly white dress.

I think I prefer the dress with the billowy sleeves in the photo on the right, but both looks are absolutely dreamy.

Pierce Brosnan

Pierce Brosnan knows what works, and he’s sticking to it. A classic, well-fitting suit will always make a man look put together.

Pierce isn’t taking any risks here, but we don’t blame him. He looks crisp and clean and ready to watch some tennis.

Anna Wintour

Vogue Editor-in-Cheif, Anna Wintour, is rocking the all over florals this year. Her monochrome pink ensemble is eye-catching, but it’s the technicolor dress that’s got me head over heels in love.

There’s a reason this lady is queen of all things fashion.

Woody Harrelson

I’m not so sure about Woody’s blue shirt here. It looks a little bit like it’s his first day of fourth grade. Without the hat, I just don’t think it’s sophisticated enough for a man of his… stature.

The hat’s a little silly, but at least it’s a hat.

Jessica Biel And Justin Timberlake

I love that Jessica Biel matched her sunglasses to her outfit. It’s a nice touch. Her floral dress is nice, but nothing to write home about. I’m into the camel trench coat.

Justin looks great in grey as always. I maybe would have gone for a darker shade of grey, but I guess if you want to go light, Wimbledon is the place to do it.

Laura Whitmore

Irish model and TV host Laura Whitmore wasn’t afraid to think outside of the fashion box. This red and white striped suit is a little bit daring, but a lot gorgeous.

Laura took a risk, and it paid off. I love this look. It’s a little bit much for everyday wear, but it’s perfect for Wimbledon.

Kate Winslet

No British event would be complete without Kate Winslet. This woman is one of Britains finest exports and we truly don’t deserve her.

You can’t really see much of her outfit in this picture, but I am loving her cat-eye spectacles. I guess she needs those to see the game, but they really are stunning.

Hugh Grant

Does Hugh Grant ever age? He’s getting some grey hair, but I feel like he’s always had a bit of a salt and pepper vibe.

His sunglasses really take that classic suit to the next level. He just looks so expensive. Everything he’s wearing probably costs more than my car.

Jenna Coleman

British actress Jenna Coleman is perhaps best known for her role in Dr. Who. I love this sleeveless floral dress on her.

It’s preppy and flirty all at the same time, and the bright colors are perfect for a sunny Wimbledon day.
