Running a race can be difficult on an empty stomach. If you run better with some fuel in your system, you might be good at the Krispy Kreme Challenge.

Here’s how it works: you run 2.5 miles. Then you eat a dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Then you run 2.5 miles back. Last year’s winner’s time was 30:15.
