Would this list be complete without including Nicolas Cage? While filming Birdy, Cage had two of his teeth removed without any anesthesia because he claimed his character wouldn’t have had any during the period either.

Cage is known for his unique and outrageous style of acting, but removing teeth just for a role is a little much.
