After achieving commercial success, Avicii wanted to give back in a generous way. He teamed up with his manager, Ash Pournouri, to help start up House for Hunger.

Since 2011, the charity has dedicated itself to ending world hunger, and the pair wanted to be in a giving spirit for the house music community.
