Denver Hired Homeless People To Do Some Basic Labor Jobs And Helped Turn Their Lives Around

Much of the work in question is currently being done by full-time city staffers or volunteers. No one is going to lose their job because of this pilot which makes it even more amazing. The city has put aside $400,000 for the first year to go towards the program.
