Gladiator Spiders Make Their Own Weapons

Spiders are creepy enough without becoming more creative killers. The gladiator spider, also known as the ogre-faced spider because it’s butt-ugly, has created a tool to catch their prey. The gladiator spider doesn’t spin a web like other spiders but spins a small net. Instead of leaving the net to find its prey, it hangs out from a branch holding the net with their back legs. When an unsuspecting bug comes along, they drop the net over them and wrap them up.
Other spiders rely on the prey getting stuck, but gladiator spiders quickly bite their prey to immobilize them, then wrap them up alive to enjoy the freshest cuisine.
Next, your brother might have bad breath but this animal uses its breath to kill.
