The “L” from its logo is portrayed as a bent staple. The American office supply shop has always incorporated the staple-shaped “L” since it was founded in May 1986.

In fact, in an attempt to highlight an expansion of its products, Staples revamped their logo without removing the letter. The only big change was the slogan from “That was easy” to “It’s Pro Time.”
