Living on your own has its perks. You're out of mom and dad's hair and you have this new thing called independence. It's great, only until the bills and rent start to pile up. Then you're panicking, praying to God and asking why you didn't get a roommate.

As it turns out, several famous people have been roommates with other celebrities. Some decided to live together after hitting off, or they were struggling in their early days or with their roommates at college. Any fan of these celebrities will be surprised to see who are lifelong friends are or the people they had a falling out with before they made it big.

Before Sandler made it big on Saturday Night Live, he shared an apartment with Judd Apatow in Los Angeles. Once the pair found success, Sandler would appear on Apatow's short-lived series Undeclared and team up for the movie Funny People.

When Sandler made it to New York, he continued to pay his rent in LA out of fear he would be fired.
