Ghost cops taking down ghost criminals to protect the living is way too much. R.I.P.D., or the “Rest In Peace Department,” was Ryan Reynolds’ attempt to look like a tough guy and try to match the success of Ghostbusters.

It also starred Jeff Bridges as his partner, but the two had such awful chemistry they couldn’t even sell it as a buddy-cop film. Yikes.
