We mean it when we say Knightley has always had to claw her way out from behind Portman. Her first major role was as the handmade and decoy for Portman’s character in Star Wars: Episode I.

Since their role together, the two actresses took different career paths. Knightley did star in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise but does a lot of period pieces. Portman has landed roles in Thor, Black Swan, and Jackie.
