When Lady Gaga and Beyoncé came together for a duet on “Telephone,” the world went crazy. Two queens, two fandoms, coming together in one song and one wild, five-minute music video.

Well, Beyoncé wasn’t initially supposed to headline “Telephone,” Britney Spears was. I’m sure it would have been a hit, but it wouldn’t be the same.

I can’t decide if the artist coming up convinced, or stole, a song from another singer-songwriter.
