Led by American serial killer Adolfo de Jesus Constanzo, the Narcosatanists believed that the more human sacrifices they made, the more immortal they became.

While most of their murders were of rival gang members, they did kill an American student named Mark Kilroy, who was on vacation in Mexico. Constanzo believed his magic spells were the reason his cartel was doing so well. He was known to cut off the toes, fingers, ears, brains, and spines of his victims. A member of this cult coming up was put into an oven as a sacrifice.
