Why Bother Having A Door At All?

Someone found these bathroom stalls in China, and from what I understand, they’re a step up from the usual bathrooms there. A lot of public restrooms don’t have any stalls at all, just a small divider wall similar to the ones you find with urinals.

But when the doors are higher than the toilets, what is the point of having them at all?
